ICO 2.5 Series Coilover Kits

Starting with the CDEV-equipped remote reservoirs on these 2.5 Series front coilovers, ICON has focused on giving your 2024 Toyota Tacoma significantly improved wheel travel and damping ability. This means you get better control and a more comfortable ride, whether you're on the pavement or tackling trails. The remote reservoirs themselves are key here, as they hold extra shock oil and have a larger surface area to dissipate heat. This helps prevent the shock fluid from overheating and losing its effectiveness, especially during hard use like off-roading or aggressive driving.

What really sets this system apart is the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with its Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology. This system actively reads the terrain and makes near-instant adjustments to the damping at each shock, all controlled wirelessly through an app on your phone. You can set it up once, and it functions automatically. The front coilovers are also height adjustable, letting you dial in between 1.25 to 3 inches of front lift. This allows you to fit larger, more aggressive tires. To make sure everything works together smoothly and to prevent CV binding, the kit includes front differential drop brackets and specially designed coilover lengths. Plus, the polyurethane differential bushings help reduce unwanted movement under load.

The kit also features ICON's billet aluminum upper control arms. These are built to improve your Tacoma's geometry, offering more adjustment for camber and caster, and giving you better clearance for suspension components. The patented Delta Joint PRO replaces the stock ball joint, allowing for full suspension travel without binding. In the rear, dual-rate coil springs offer a softer initial ride that firms up under load, providing a comfortable on-road feel with excellent support and resistance to bottoming out. These rear springs are designed to provide about a half-inch of lift with an additional 600 pounds of weight in the rear, giving your truck a more aggressive stance and clearance for larger tires. The rear shocks are also 2.5 Aluminum Series with remote reservoirs and integrated bump zones for improved damping and a balanced feel with the front coilovers.
