ICO 2.5 Series Coilover Kits

ICON Vehicle Dynamics presents the Stage 8 suspension system for the 2024 Toyota Tacoma, designed to significantly enhance both on-road comfort and off-road performance. This comprehensive kit addresses the new Tacoma's geometry, offering corrected front-end alignment and increased adjustment for camber and caster. It also provides better clearance for suspension components, allowing for larger wheels and tires. The system includes billet aluminum upper control arms featuring the serviceable and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO, which allows for full suspension travel without binding. For the rear, dual-rate coil springs are engineered to provide a softer initial ride with a firmer rate for load support and bottoming resistance, netting about a half-inch of lift with 600 pounds of added weight for a more aggressive stance and improved fender clearance.

The rear lower links are constructed from billet aluminum and offer on-vehicle adjustability with a combination of greaseless bushings and FK rod ends for excellent articulation and vibration damping. The 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir rear shocks are tuned specifically for the Tacoma, balancing front and rear performance. These shocks feature remote reservoirs to increase oil volume and heat dissipation, preventing fade during hard use. The integrated CDC Valves allow for 10 levels of external compression damping adjustment, letting you fine-tune the ride from soft to firm. The front coilovers are height adjustable from 1.25 to 3 inches, accommodating larger tires. To maximize front suspension travel and prevent CV bind, the kit includes front differential drop brackets and polyurethane differential mounting bushings to limit movement under load.

This Stage 8 system is built with 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components and features corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8-inch shafts. The FK Rod End bearings contribute to extended longevity and minimal deflection, while the overall design increases wheel travel and improves ride quality over stock.
