ICO 2.5 Series Coilover Kits

ICON's Stage 13 suspension system for your 2024 Toyota Tacoma is a comprehensive package designed to significantly enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability. What you get in this kit is a full front and rear overhaul: front 2.5 Series CDEV coilovers with remote reservoirs, tubular upper control arms featuring the ICON Delta Joint PRO, front differential drop brackets, and polyurethane differential bushings. For the rear, you'll find dual-rate coil springs designed to provide a lift with added weight capacity, ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV remote reservoir rear shocks, tubular upper and lower links with greaseless bushings and FK rod ends, and a billet aluminum adjustable rear track bar to keep your axle centered.

This system is built to give your Tacoma improved suspension geometry and increased wheel travel. The Delta Joint PRO in the upper control arms allows for full suspension movement without binding, while the remote reservoirs on the shocks help dissipate heat and prevent damping fade during hard use. ICON's CDEV technology, integrated with the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system, allows for near-instantaneous adjustments to compression damping based on terrain and user settings, all controllable wirelessly via your phone. The dual-rate rear springs offer a comfortable ride on pavement while providing better load support and bottoming resistance off-road, netting about a half-inch of lift with 600 lbs of added rear weight for a more aggressive stance and clearance for larger tires.

With adjustable front coilovers allowing for 1.25 to 3 inches of lift, you can fit larger wheels and tires. The system also includes components like differential drop brackets and specific coilover lengths to maximize front suspension travel and prevent CV joint bind on 4WD models. The tubular links and greaseless bushings in the rear help with articulation and isolate road noise, while the adjustable track bar ensures your rear axle stays properly centered.
