ICO 2.5 Series Coilover Kits

ICON Vehicle Dynamics is known for building robust suspension components that improve both on-road comfort and off-road capability. This Stage 13 suspension system is designed specifically for the 2024 Toyota Tacoma, aiming to significantly enhance its performance both on pavement and when you venture off the beaten path. It addresses the new Tacoma's geometry with corrected front-end alignment adjustments and allows for greater suspension travel, giving you better control and a smoother ride over varied terrain.

At the heart of this system are the 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks, featuring CDEV (Compression Damping Electronic Valve) technology and remote reservoirs. These reservoirs increase the shock fluid capacity and surface area for better heat dissipation, which helps prevent shock fade during demanding use. The CDEV system, managed by ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), actively adjusts damping in near real-time based on vehicle movement and your settings, all controllable via a smartphone app. This means the suspension adapts to the road or trail conditions instantly. The system also includes billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO for improved articulation and on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment, and billet rear links for better articulation and pinion angle adjustment. The rear dual-rate coil springs are tuned to provide a comfortable ride with added load support, netting about a half-inch of lift with 600 lbs of added weight, which also helps with fender clearance for larger tires.

To maximize front suspension travel and prevent CV binding on 4WD models, this kit includes front differential drop brackets and specially designed coilover lengths. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings are also included to reduce differential movement under load. The adjustable front coilovers allow for 1.25 to 3 inches of front lift, enabling the fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. This comprehensive system is built with 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components and FK Rod End bearings for durability and longevity, offering a significant upgrade over the stock suspension.
