What is the difference between this billet system and the tubular Stage 12?

The billet version (K53302X) uses CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms and rear links instead of the tubular steel arms in the tubular version (K53302TX). Billet UCAs add on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment, and billet rear links add on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment. The shocks, springs, and track bar are the same.

Is the billet version worth the price difference?

If you want precise on-vehicle alignment adjustability and the added strength of billet aluminum, the upgrade is worthwhile. The tubular version works well for most owners, but the billet system gives shops more adjustment range and gives the arms greater rigidity under heavy off-road use.

What wheels and tires fit with this system?

ICON recommends 33x11.50-inch aftermarket tires. Recommended wheels are ICON Alloys 17x8.5 with 25mm offset or 18x9 with 25mm offset. Factory wheels and tires also fit. Larger tires may require fender trimming.

Are the shocks fully rebuildable?

Yes, all shocks in this system are fully serviceable per ICON. They can be rebuilt with new seals and revalved for different driving conditions, extending the life of your suspension investment.

ICON's Stage 12 billet system is the fully loaded version of their 2024 Tacoma suspension overhaul. Where the tubular Stage 12 uses tube-formed arms and links, this version upgrades to CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms and billet rear links. The result is added strength, on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment, and on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment -- capabilities the tubular version does not offer.

Billet Upper Control Arms

The billet aluminum UCAs are CNC machined from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum. Beyond the strength advantage over stamped factory arms, billet UCAs give you on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment. That means your alignment shop can dial in the geometry precisely after the lift is installed, rather than shimming and hoping for the best. The patented Delta Joint Pro at the pivot offers 90 degrees of total articulation and is serviceable and rebuildable.

Billet Rear Links

The rear upper and lower links are also billet aluminum with on-vehicle adjustability via ICON's double adjuster system. This lets you adjust pinion angle without removing the links from the truck, which is a significant time saver during initial setup and future tuning. FK rod ends at one end provide precise articulation, while dual-durometer bushings at the other end isolate road noise and vibration.

Same CDXS Coilover System

The front coilovers are identical to the tubular Stage 12 -- 2.5 Series bodies with CDXS remote reservoirs and independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment. The rear shocks are also 2.5 Aluminum Series with CDXS and integrated bump zones. Height is adjustable from 1.25 to 3 inches of front lift over stock.

Dual Rate Rear Coils and Track Bar

Dual rate rear coil springs provide a comfortable ride at normal loads and firm up under heavy cargo. The billet adjustable rear track bar re-centers the axle with easy on-vehicle adjustment. Together with the billet rear links, the rear suspension is as adjustable and capable as the front.
