ICON's Stage 5 is their top-tier 2.5-inch suspension system for the 2003-2012 Ram 2500 and 3500 4WD, and it includes the CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) shocks that let you tune compression damping externally with the turn of a knob. Dual rate coil springs handle the 2.5 inches of lift, while the rest of the kit addresses steering geometry, axle centering, and link arm performance.

At the heart of this system are ICON's 2.5-inch V.S. Series shocks with CDCV. These feature FK bearings, billet top caps and rod ends, 7/8-inch shafts for strength, and what ICON calls the industry's only forged stem on a 2.5-inch shock with rolled threads. The external damping knob lets you adjust from soft to hard without getting under the truck, so you can dial things in for an empty highway run or a fully loaded haul.

The 6061 billet aluminum upper and lower links replace the factory link arms and bring a wider alignment range along with PTFE-lined stainless 1-inch bearings. These eliminate the bind found in the factory link bushings, which means smoother articulation and less resistance through the suspension's travel. A bearing-style adjustable track bar centers the front axle and improves rigidity over the flexible factory joints. Polyurethane bumpstops, sway bar drop brackets, and all necessary mounting hardware round out the package. This kit ships in multiple boxes.
