ICON's Stage 10 is their flagship suspension system for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma, and it leaves very little on the table. This is a front-to-rear overhaul that includes 2.5-inch extended travel coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDC valves up front, billet aluminum upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint, RXT multi-rate rear leaf springs, and 2.5-inch Aluminum Series Omega Bypass rear shocks. Height adjustment ranges from 0 to 3.5 inches on 2005-2015 models and 0 to 2.75 inches on 2016-2023 models.

The front coilovers feature CDC (Compression Damping Control) valves -- externally adjustable knobs that give you 10 settings of compression damping, from soft cruising to firm off-road control. The remote reservoirs provide extra oil volume for heat dissipation during hard use. The billet aluminum UCAs use ICON's patented Delta Joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which combines ball joint durability with uniball-level articulation. The Delta Joint features a zinc-plated housing and grease seal to keep contaminants out, with a greaseable design for long service life and noise-free operation.

Out back, the RXT multi-rate leaf springs replace the factory pack and include an additional leaf that can be exchanged or added to yield 10-20% more spring rate. That flexibility lets you tune the rear for an unloaded daily driver or a truck weighed down with a bed rack, rooftop tent, and gear. The Omega Bypass rear shocks are a standout -- a side-mount lower eyelet makes them shorter when compressed and longer at extension, fitting the factory mounting location while adding up to 20% more travel. These bypasses offer 28 settings of compression and rebound adjustment across multiple damping zones.

Everything is built from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components, with CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8-inch shafts, and FK Rod End bearings. Not compatible with 2005-2015 2WD 5-lug Tacoma models. Recommended tire size is 33 x 11.50 inches; larger tires may require fender trimming. Ships in multiple boxes.
