ICON's Stage 10 suspension system with tubular upper control arms brings the same top-tier suspension overhaul to the 2005-2021 Toyota Tacoma at a lower entry point than the billet UCA version. This is still a comprehensive front-to-rear system, but the tubular steel UCAs make it more accessible while still delivering ICON's patented Delta Joint technology.

The Delta Joint is the standout component in ICON's upper control arm design. It is a heavy-duty, high-angle ball joint that combines the durability of a traditional ball joint with the articulation range of a uniball. The zinc-plated housing provides corrosion resistance, a tough grease seal keeps contaminants out, and the metal-on-metal greaseable construction means the joint can be maintained for long service life without the noise issues that uniballs develop over time in daily-driven trucks.

Tubular steel construction gives these UCAs a strength advantage over factory cast arms while keeping weight reasonable. They correct front-end geometry at lifted ride heights, provide improved caster and camber adjustment range, and increase suspension component clearance -- all critical factors when you are running 0 to 3.5 inches of lift on a 2005-2015 Tacoma or 0 to 2.75 inches on a 2016-2021 model.
