ICON 12-15 Toyota Hilux 0-3in Stage 4 Suspension System w/Billet Uca

This is the ICON Stage 4 suspension system designed for the 2012-2015 Toyota Hilux. It's built to significantly improve how your truck handles both on pavement and when you're out exploring off-road. ICON engineered this system to work with the Hilux's specific chassis and payload needs, offering a more robust tune than stock to handle varied terrain and loads.

At the heart of this system are 2.5-inch remote reservoir coilover shocks for the front, paired with 2.0-inch aluminum body rear shocks. The remote reservoirs help keep the shocks cooler during extended use, ensuring consistent damping performance. These front coilovers are height adjustable, allowing you to dial in between 0 and 3 inches of lift, which is useful for fitting larger tires. The system also includes billet aluminum upper control arms. These not only add strength but help maintain factory alignment specifications, with adjustments possible while they're on the vehicle. The rear of the system uses a shackle to achieve lift, which helps retain the factory payload capacity while increasing suspension up-travel.

This is a 100% bolt-on system, meaning no drilling, cutting, or welding is required for installation. The coilover shock bodies are CAD plated for corrosion resistance and feature a 7/8-inch shaft. The components are made from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, CNC machined for precision. FK rod end bearings are used for longevity and minimal deflection.
