These extended-travel versions are designed to give your 2010+ Toyota 4Runner, FJ Cruiser, or Lexus GX460 significantly more wheel travel than stock. This improved travel, combined with ICON's vehicle-specific valving, means you get a sport-tuned feel that works well both on and off the pavement. You can also adjust the front lift height anywhere from 0 to 3.5 inches, which is perfect for fitting larger tires and wheels.

ICON's larger 2.5" shock bodies and remote reservoirs are key to their performance. The bigger body holds more fluid, and the external reservoir keeps that fluid cooler during extended use, like long off-road trails or aggressive driving. This cooler fluid maintains consistent damping, so your shocks keep working effectively without fading. These coilovers are also fully rebuildable and revalveable, meaning they can be serviced and tuned for a very long time. Just remember, because these offer extended travel, you'll need to install aftermarket upper control arms to make sure everything aligns correctly.
