ICON 2023 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty Radius Arm System

This ICON Radius Arm System is designed specifically for your 2023-2024 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty 4WD. What you get in this kit are the fabricated, fully boxed radius arms themselves, complete with a sealed pivot bushing and built-in adjustable caster cams. These arms are a key upgrade for your truck's front suspension, helping to correct steering geometry after lifting and improving overall handling characteristics.

ICON engineered these radius arms with versatility in mind. For stock height trucks up to 3 inches of front lift, you can use the factory pivot points and the adjustable caster cams to dial in your caster settings, eliminating the need for separate caster bushings. If you're going for a taller lift, from 4 to 5.5 inches, these arms can still mount in the factory pivots, but you'll use caster bushings (sold separately) to achieve the desired alignment and gain improved ground clearance by avoiding drop brackets. The sealed pivot bushing is designed to minimize road feedback for a quieter ride and ensure a long service life with no maintenance required.

Beyond the functional adjustments, the fully boxed design of these radius arms adds significant strength to your front suspension. ICON also paid attention to clearance, shaping the profile to ensure that a 37-inch tall tire won't rub against the arm, even at full steering lock. This means you can fit larger tires without worrying about interference during tight maneuvers. The components are CNC machined and laser cut for precision, then finished with a semi-gloss black powder coat for durability and a clean look.
