ICON 2023 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 2.5in Stage 4 Suspension System w/ Expansion Pack

ICON built their Stage 4 system specifically for the 2023 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty, and this version includes the rear leaf spring expansion pack for a more compliant ride with reduced axle wrap. With 2.5 inches of front lift from dual rate coil springs, this kit strikes a balance between added clearance and daily drivability, whether you are towing, heading to a job site, or hitting dirt roads on the weekend.

A standout feature of the Stage 4 is ICON's fabricated radius arm system. These fully boxed arms use a sealed pivot bushing that reduces road feedback and runs quietly over time. The profile is specifically shaped for tire clearance at full steering lock, and ICON states that a 37-inch tall tire will clear without contacting the radius arm. An on-vehicle adjustable front track bar rounds out the front geometry corrections.

For damping, this kit pairs ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir shocks up front with CDCV piggyback reservoir shocks in the rear. Each shock has a CDC Valve with 10 compression settings you can adjust externally, ranging from soft to firm. Out back, the expansion packs replace the factory rear blocks with a setup that includes blocks and U-bolts, delivering a more compliant ride and less axle wrap than stock leaf springs alone.

A note on the rear: on F-250 models the expansion pack adds approximately 0.5 inches of rear lift over stock. On F-350 models, it actually lowers the rear by about 0.5 inches compared to stock, so keep that in mind when planning your final stance.
