The ICON Delta Joint PRO is a notable advancement in suspension articulation, combining the robustness of factory ball joints with the performance of motorsports-style joints. This new design is rebuildable and serviceable, meaning you can replace individual components without needing a whole new unit. It uses a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface than previous Delta Joints, and improved lubrication sealing for better durability. The Delta Joint PRO offers a full 90 degrees of articulation, a 14% improvement over the original Delta Joint, allowing for maximum bind-free suspension movement throughout the entire range of travel.

This ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is built to handle off-road abuse. The Delta Joint PRO features a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C 55, with replaceable races made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal for a precise bearing interface. Lubrication channels distribute grease efficiently without extending past the seal. These UCAs are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum using a hybrid H-beam cross-section, making them lightweight and resistant to bending forces. Replacing the OE ball joint with the serviceable Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind. FK Rod End 3/4” heim joints are used at the chassis pivots for strength and precise driving characteristics, and ICON’s signature double adjuster sleeve allows for on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, crucial for trucks with up to 2.5 inches of lift.
