ICON 2023+ GMC Canyon / 2023+ Chevrolet Colorado Tubular UCA DJ Pro Kit

This kit gives you a pair of ICON Tubular Upper Control Arms for your 2023-2024 Chevrolet Colorado or GMC Canyon, specifically designed for Trail Boss and ZR2 models. These arms are built to increase your front suspension's range of motion, allowing for more travel when you're using performance shocks and coilovers. They also include built-in extra caster to help correct your vehicle's alignment when you've added a lift kit.

At the heart of this kit is the new Delta Joint PRO, ICON's advanced articulation joint. It's designed to offer the toughness of a factory ball joint with the performance and strength of motorsports-style joints. This joint is fully rebuildable and serviceable, meaning you can replace individual components if needed. It features a larger ball with significantly more bearing surface and improved lubrication sealing for better durability. The Delta Joint PRO allows for a full 90 degrees of articulation, which is a notable improvement over previous designs, enabling maximum suspension movement without binding. The chromoly ball and shaft are hardened, and the replaceable races are made from graphite-impregnated sintered metal for a precise bearing interface. The grease channels are redesigned to distribute lubricant efficiently without compromising the seal.

The control arms themselves are constructed from heavy-wall DOM tubing, formed and welded on a fixture, then finished with a multi-stage black powder coat for a solid look and protection. The frame pivots use serviceable, heavy-duty dual-stage bushings that are also greaseable and rebuildable, fitting into precision-machined housings for a responsive feel. This kit includes all the necessary hardware for a complete installation, making these tubular UCAs a substantial upgrade for your truck's front end.
