Icon 2024 Toyota Tacoma 1.25-3in Stage 2 Tubular Suspension System w/ Triple Rate Springs

The 2024 Toyota Tacoma is a capable truck, and this ICON Stage 2 suspension system is built to unlock even more of its potential, both on and off the pavement. ICON's engineers focused on increasing wheel travel and improving damping ability, which directly translates into better vehicle control and a more comfortable ride, no matter where you're driving. This system is designed to give your Tacoma a lift of 1.25 to 3 inches, allowing you to fit larger, more aggressive tires and wheels.

At the heart of this Stage 2 system are the vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers. They feature internal reservoirs to help dissipate heat, keeping the damping consistent even under hard use. ICON also engineered their own coil springs for these coilovers, aiming for a superior feel through the entire range of suspension travel. To maximize front suspension travel and prevent CV joint binding, the kit includes front differential drop brackets and specially sized coilovers. Soft OE differential bushings are replaced with polyurethane ones to reduce unwanted movement under load. The included tubular upper control arms are crafted from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and are CNC machined for precision. They're designed to correct front-end geometry, add caster, and provide better clearance for suspension components. A key upgrade here is the ICON Delta Joint PRO, which replaces the stock ball joint. This serviceable and rebuildable joint allows the front suspension to move through its full range of travel without binding.

In the rear, you'll find ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks with internal reservoirs. These shocks are valved specifically for the 2024 Tacoma to balance the performance of the entire suspension system. The triple-rate rear springs are designed to offer a softer initial rate for ride comfort, a firmer mid-rate for everyday driving, and a strong overload rate to prevent bottoming out on rough terrain. This combination provides a comfortable on-road experience while maintaining excellent performance and resistance to bottoming out when you're off-road.
