This Stage 7 system for your 2024 Toyota Tacoma is designed to significantly increase wheel travel and damping ability, which means better vehicle control and a more comfortable ride, whether you're on the pavement or tackling trails. At the heart of this system are the 2.5 Series front coilovers, which feature remote reservoirs. These reservoirs hold more shock fluid and offer a larger surface area for cooling, helping to prevent the shock fade that can happen during hard use. The coilovers are also height adjustable, allowing you to set your front lift anywhere from 1.25 to 3 inches over stock. This adjustment lets you fit larger, more aggressive tires. To maximize front suspension travel and avoid CV joint binding, the kit includes front differential drop brackets and specially designed coilover lengths. It also replaces the stock differential bushings with polyurethane ones to better control differential movement under load.

The included ICON billet aluminum upper control arms are crucial for correcting front-end geometry, offering more on-vehicle adjustment for camber and caster, and improving clearance for suspension components. These UCAs use the patented ICON Delta Joint PRO, which is serviceable, rebuildable, and allows for the full range of suspension travel without binding. In the rear, billet lower links with on-vehicle adjustability and a combination of FK rod ends and greaseless bushings provide excellent articulation while isolating road noise. The rear shocks are 2.5 Aluminum Series with integrated bump zones, offering improved damping and a balanced feel with the front coilovers.
