ICON 21-UP BRONCO NON-SASQUATCH 3-4" LIFT STAGE 4 SUSPENSION SYSTEM TUBULAR

This ICON Stage 4 suspension system is built for your 2021-2022 Ford Bronco, specifically models without the Sasquatch package. What you get in this kit are custom-valved remote reservoir coilover shocks for the front, designed to give you the most travel possible while improving your ride quality on and off the pavement. For the rear, you'll find shocks oriented shaft-up paired with unique triple-rate coil springs, all aimed at maximizing rear suspension travel and ride comfort. To handle the increased travel and lift, this system also includes tubular upper control arms featuring ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO, which allows for a significant range of movement.

The front coilovers let you adjust your ride height, giving you about 3 to 4 inches of lift, while the rear shocks provide 2 to 3 inches of lift over stock. The remote reservoirs on the coilovers are a key feature for serious off-roading. They significantly increase the shock's oil capacity and surface area for heat dissipation. This helps prevent the shocks from overheating and losing performance, especially when you're hitting rough terrain at speed. With this setup, you can expect up to 11.5 inches of front suspension travel and 14 inches of rear suspension travel when using 35x12.50 tires. The Delta Joint PRO in the upper control arms offers up to 90 degrees of freedom, which is crucial for maintaining proper alignment and suspension function during extreme articulation.

This system is designed to work with 35-inch tires, and can accommodate larger 37-inch or bigger tires if you add the optional up-travel limiters, which are sold separately. Keep in mind that if you're running 35-inch or larger tires on a non-Sasquatch Bronco, you'll need to remove the factory crash bars. ICON does offer a replacement High Clearance Crash Bar set if you want to keep that functionality while running bigger tires.
