ICON 23-24 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty Intelligent Control Install Kit

This ICON Intelligent Control Install Kit gives you the computer, sensors, and hardware to actively manage your Super Duty's suspension. It includes the main control unit, G-force sensor, gyroscope, and application-specific mounting brackets, hardware, and wire harnesses. This system is designed to work with ICON's CDEV shocks, allowing for real-time adjustments to compression damping based on terrain and driving conditions.

The core of this kit is the Intelligent Control unit, which constantly monitors your truck's movement using its onboard G-force sensor and gyroscope. It processes this information over 1000 times per second, comparing it against your custom settings and algorithms to predict what the suspension needs. Then, it sends commands to the CDEV electronic valves in your shocks, making adjustments in under 40 milliseconds. This means your truck can react to bumps and changes in the road surface almost instantly, improving ride comfort and control.

You can connect to the system via Bluetooth using the ICON mobile app on your iOS device. The app lets you monitor your trip data, including speed, distance, and G-forces, and even record it. You can also easily switch between pre-set drive modes like Normal, Desert, and Haul, or create your own unlimited custom presets. This level of control allows you to fine-tune your suspension for different driving situations, whether you're on the highway, tackling rough terrain, or hauling a heavy load.
