Product Details
If you've upgraded your truck with ICON tubular upper control arms, you know they add strength and help correct suspension geometry, especially on lifted vehicles. The 1-inch PTFE-lined stainless steel uniball is a solid component, but it's exposed to a lot of dirt, water, and road salt. ICON developed these billet aluminum cap kits to help keep that uniball protected.
These caps are made from 6061 billet aluminum and attach using durable 3M neoprene adhesive rings. While they won't make your control arms invincible, they do a good job of keeping the elements out, which can help extend the life of the uniball's PTFE liner by preventing premature wear. The black anodized finish with a laser-etched ICON logo also adds a clean look to your suspension.
This kit includes a pair of caps and two pairs of adhesive rings, allowing you to service the uniballs regularly. It's a straightforward add-on that can help maintain your suspension's performance and appearance.
