Injen 15-20 Ford F-150 V6 - 3.5L EcoBoost Evolution Intake

The Injen EVO9104 Evolution Cold Air Intake System starts with a custom-designed intake tube, roto-molded from cross-linked XLPE polyethylene. This material is chosen for its extreme durability and ability to withstand the heat under the hood. The system is specifically engineered for the 3.5L EcoBoost engine found in your 2017-2025 Ford F-150, including the Raptor model, and also fits the 2018-2024 Ford Expedition. This design captures the maximum amount of cool air through an integrated ram air scoop, feeding your engine more efficiently.

At the heart of this intake is Injen's massive 360-degree SuperNano-Web dry air filter. This filter offers excellent airflow while trapping fine particles, and its large size contributes to the system's ability to increase horsepower and torque. Injen has dyno-tested this system in-house, showing gains of up to 19 additional horsepower and 21 ft.-lbs. of torque right out of the box, without requiring an aftermarket tune. The housing and scoop are a one-piece roto-molded design, ensuring a clean look and an OE-like fit under the hood.

Installation is made straightforward thanks to the patented Twist Lock filter attachment and the use of quality hardware, including stainless steel band clamps with protective liners and automotive-grade silicone couplers. This intake also features a clear-vue window on the housing for easy filter inspection. While it offers an aggressive intake growl under acceleration, it's important to note this system is not CARB exempt and cannot be shipped to California or used on vehicles registered there.
