This intercooler features a custom bar-and-plate core that offers over 25% more volume than the stock unit. This larger core helps keep charge air temperatures closer to ambient, preventing the engine from pulling timing and ensuring consistent, reliable power output whether you're on the street or at the track. It's built with cast end tanks and CNC-machined aluminum flanges, and the core itself is precision TIG-welded. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 14 horsepower and 15 ft-lbs of torque while maintaining factory boost pressure. The intercooler is a direct bolt-on installation, meaning no cutting or drilling is required, and it's designed to work with the factory intercooler piping and calibration.
