The Injen Evolution cold air intake system for your 2019-2024 Ram 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi engine starts with a durable, one-piece roto-molded housing made from cross-linked XLPE polyethylene. This material is notably stronger and more resistant to cracking than standard HDPE, ensuring it holds up well under the hood. The housing is designed to capture the maximum amount of cool air, feeding it through a smooth intake tube that's custom-tuned to work with your truck's stock computer. This means you get improved airflow and noticeable power gains without needing to reprogram the engine control module.

Inside the sealed housing, you'll find a large, 8-layer oiled cotton gauze air filter. This filter uses Injen's patented Twist-Lock system for a secure and easy attachment, making installation straightforward. The housing also features a Clear-View window with a red stripe and Injen logo, allowing you to easily inspect the filter's condition. The intake tube itself incorporates Injen's MegaRam (MR) technology, which helps achieve safe and effective power increases while minimizing the risk of triggering a check engine light. All the necessary hardware, including stainless steel clamps with protective liners and reinforced silicone couplers, is included for a solid, OE-like fit.
