This Injen intercooler pipe kit for your 2009-2012 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart gives you the actual components needed to replace the stock upper intercooler piping. You get the mandrel-bent aluminum pipes, automotive-grade silicone couplers, and stainless steel band clamps with protective liners. This kit is designed to work with your factory intercooler, or the Injen performance intercooler, making it a straightforward upgrade.

The engineers at Injen looked closely at the factory piping and found areas where they could make improvements. They've used lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum for the tubing, which won't develop rust like some stock pipes can. The tubing is mandrel-bent to ensure smooth airflow, and the ends are beaded to keep the silicone couplers securely in place. These silicone couplers are a step above standard ones, offering better resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, which helps prevent leaks and blowouts. You should notice improved throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag after installation.
