The engineers at Injen developed this system specifically for the 10th generation Civic, focusing on improving airflow through a smooth, uninterrupted path from the filter to the turbo.

The intake tube is made from 6061-T6 aluminum with a polished finish, and it's designed to route the air filter behind the front bumper cover for access to cooler ambient air. This cooler, denser air helps the turbocharger perform more efficiently. Injen also incorporates their patented MR Technology and Air Fusion process, which means the intake is tuned during manufacturing to maximize performance without needing an additional electronic tuner, while also maintaining safe air-fuel ratios. A custom heat shield is included to help keep inlet air temperatures down.

You'll notice an aggressive and throaty engine tone when you accelerate, and Injen's dyno testing shows gains of up to 29 horsepower and 25 pound-feet of torque.
