These JBA long tube headers are built with 1-3/4 inch primary tubes, a key detail for maximizing performance gains and high RPM efficiency, especially in your 1964-1973 Ford Mustang equipped with a 260-351W engine and Mustang II suspension. The large, mandrel-bent stainless steel tubes are designed for smooth flow, helping to increase horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range. They are constructed from 304 Series Stainless Steel, which is known for its ability to endure harsh environments and ensure your investment lasts. This material choice, along with the 304 flanges and longer, smoother JBA Firecone® merged collectors, contributes to a solid build that stands up to demanding use.

You'll notice the oversized exhaust ports and the extra thick, 3/8 inch one-piece flanges, which are CNC laser-cut for a precise fit. The patented JBA Firecone® collector has been updated with an extended concave design to further optimize exhaust flow. JBA also paid close attention to ground clearance, ensuring that even lowered Mustangs won't drag the collectors. These headers come with provisions for O2 sensors and include high-quality hardware and detailed instructions to help ensure a professional, no-leak installation.

Keep in mind that these headers are intended for closed-course competition use only and are not CARB approved, meaning they cannot be shipped to California. They are available in a natural stainless steel finish or a hand-polished mirror finish.
