Forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, these pistons have the high tensile strength needed for demanding performance applications. They feature JE's proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which uses a reduced skirt width to minimize friction and power loss, while a shorter wrist pin further saves weight. Depending on the specific application, an accumulator groove can help reduce combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal and maintaining consistent power. A skirt coating, also application-dependent, further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation.

This kit includes everything you need to get your engine rebuilt with these high-performance pistons: four pistons, high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings.
