This JE Pistons kit includes four forged pistons, high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings, all made in the USA. These pistons are specifically designed for the 2012 and later Subaru FA20E and FA20F engines, with a bore of 87mm and a +1.00mm oversize. They feature a 10.0:1 compression ratio and a dome volume of -14.4cc, intended for performance applications where increased durability and power are key.

Crafted from 2618 aluminum, these pistons offer the high tensile strength needed for demanding engine builds. JE Pistons incorporates their proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps minimize friction and power loss by reducing skirt width and using a shorter wrist pin for additional weight savings. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also feature an accumulator groove to reduce combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal and preventing flutter, as well as a skirt coating to further reduce friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation.
