These pistons feature a 22mm wrist pin, an 83.0mm bore, a 9.6:1 compression ratio, and a -7.8cc dish. The FSR (Forged Side Relief) design is a key feature, minimizing friction and power loss by using a reduced skirt width and a shorter wrist pin, which also saves weight. A skirt coating, also application-dependent, further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, while also contributing to quieter operation.
