JE Pistons 302/351 SBF DISH Set of 8 Pistons

Forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, these JE Pistons are built to handle the demands of high-performance 302/351 Windsor small-block Ford engines. The 2618 alloy provides the high tensile strength needed for applications where durability and consistent power are critical. This set is designed for a 4.020-inch bore and includes pistons with a -22.0cc dish volume, which is important for achieving specific compression ratios when paired with your chosen cylinder heads and crankshaft.

JE Pistons incorporates several design features to maximize performance and longevity. The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design uses reduced skirt width and a shorter wrist pin to minimize friction and power loss, while also saving weight. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also feature an accumulator groove to help reduce combustion gas pressure, preventing ring flutter and improving the seal for more consistent power delivery. A skirt coating, also application-dependent, further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation and extended engine life.

This set includes eight pistons, the wrist pins, and locks, all manufactured 100% in the USA. They are engineered specifically for the 302/351 Windsor engine to provide an optimized combination of performance and durability.
