The 2618 aluminum alloy offers high tensile strength, which is crucial when you're pushing your engine hard, whether on the track or the street. This set is designed for a 4.030 inch bore and features an inverted dome with a -13.0 cc volume, aiming for a 9.5:1 compression ratio when paired with appropriate cylinder heads and a stock stroke crankshaft.

JE Pistons incorporates their proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design. This feature helps minimize friction and power loss by using a reduced skirt width, and it also saves weight thanks to a shorter wrist pin. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove, which helps manage combustion gas pressure to reduce ring flutter and improve the seal for consistent power delivery.
