JE Pistons 350SBC 4.070 STD FT Set of 8 Pistons

These pistons feature JE Pistons' proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design. This means they have reduced skirt width and a shorter wrist pin, which helps minimize friction and power loss while also saving weight. Depending on the specific application, they may also include an accumulator groove to help reduce combustion gas pressure, preventing ring flutter and improving ring seal for consistent power delivery. Some applications also come with a skirt coating that further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation.
