JE Pistons 4.020 350 SBC 9.5 Set of 8 Pistons

This is a set of eight JE Pistons, designed for a 350 Small Block Chevy (SBC) engine with a 4.020 inch bore and a 9.5:1 compression ratio. These pistons are forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, making them well-suited for high-demand performance applications where durability is critical.

JE Pistons has applied over 75 years of experience to create these performance pistons. They feature a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design, which helps minimize friction and power loss by using a reduced skirt width and a shorter wrist pin, saving weight in the process. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to help reduce combustion gas pressure, leading to better ring seal and consistent power. Some applications also benefit from a skirt coating that reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, which can also help lower operating noise.
