These JE Pistons are built for those who push their engines hard, whether that's on the drag strip, a road course, or just a demanding street build. They're designed to handle the extra stress and heat that comes with higher compression and more aggressive tuning.

JE Pistons uses a proprietary forging design called FSR, which stands for Forged Side Relief. This design helps cut down on friction and power loss by using a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin, which also saves weight. They're forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material known for its high tensile strength, making these pistons well-suited for high-demand applications. Depending on the specific application, these pistons might also feature an accumulator groove to help manage combustion gas pressure, reducing ring flutter and improving ring seal for consistent power delivery. Some applications also include a skirt coating to further reduce friction and wear on the cylinder walls, which can also lead to quieter operation.
