You'll find a few notable design features here that really matter for getting the most out of your engine. The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design uses a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin. This not only saves weight but also helps minimize friction and reduce power loss. Depending on the specific application, you might also find an accumulator groove, which helps control combustion gas pressure to keep the rings seated properly and maintain consistent power.
