Forged from 2618 aluminum, these JE Pistons are built for high-demand performance applications. This set is specifically designed for the 4.6 2V Modular engine, featuring a 9.5:1 compression ratio. JE Pistons brings over 75 years of experience to the table, engineering and machining these pistons entirely in the USA to offer a combination of durability and performance that's proven on the track.

Each piston in this set utilizes a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design. This means they have reduced skirt width and a shorter wrist pin, which helps minimize friction and power loss while also saving weight. Depending on the specific application, you might find an accumulator groove, which helps reduce combustion gas pressure, leading to less ring flutter and a more consistent ring seal for reliable power. Some applications also include a skirt coating that further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation.

This set includes eight pistons, each with a 3.701-inch bore, a 1.220-inch compression distance, and an 0.866-inch pin diameter.
