JE Pistons 400 SBC FLAT TOP Set of 8 Pistons

This is a set of eight JE Pistons designed for a 400 Small Block Chevy (SBC) engine. You get the pistons themselves, ready to be installed in your build. These are flat-top pistons, meaning they have a level surface on top, which is important for setting your compression ratio. They're made from 2618 aluminum, a strong material that holds up well under the high pressures and temperatures found in performance engines.

JE Pistons has been making performance parts for a long time, and these are forged right here in the USA. The forging process creates a stronger, more durable piston than casting. They've incorporated a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps reduce friction and save weight by using a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin.
