These pistons are forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, making them well-suited for high-demand performance applications. Each piston has a 3.572-inch bore and uses a 0.866-inch wrist pin.

JE Pistons brings over 75 years of experience to their forged piston designs. This set includes their proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design, which helps minimize friction and power loss by reducing skirt width and using a shorter wrist pin for additional weight savings. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also feature an accumulator groove to reduce combustion gas pressure, which helps prevent ring flutter and improves ring seal for consistent power delivery.
