JE Pistons ACURA K24/K20 KIT Set of 4 Pistons

This set of four pistons is specifically made for Acura K24 and K20 engines, designed to handle the demands of high-performance applications. They are engineered, forged, and machined entirely in the USA, ensuring they meet the needs of serious engine builds.

These pistons are forged from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, which is crucial for engines under heavy stress. They feature JE's proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps reduce friction and power loss by using a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin, saving weight in the process. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to help manage combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal and preventing ring flutter for consistent power delivery. Some applications also come with a skirt coating that further reduces friction and wear on the cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation and longer life.
