JE Pistons BBC 12/14 DEG Set of 8 Pistons

This set includes eight forged pistons designed specifically for your engine application, aiming for the best blend of durability and performance. They're made in the USA from 2618 aluminum, which offers the high tensile strength needed for demanding builds.

JE Pistons uses their proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design. This helps reduce friction and power loss by using a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin, saving weight too. Depending on the specific application, these pistons might also feature an accumulator groove to manage combustion gas pressure, which helps prevent ring flutter and improves ring seal for more consistent power. Some applications also include a skirt coating that further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, while also cutting down on operating noise.
