JE Pistons brings over 75 years of experience to these components, with each piston forged and machined entirely in the USA. They incorporate a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps minimize friction and power loss by reducing skirt width and using a shorter wrist pin for further weight savings. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to help manage combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal and maintaining consistent power output. A skirt coating, if included for your application, further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation and longer life.

This set is specifically designed for a 4.560 inch bore with a 1.245 inch compression distance and a 0.990 inch wrist pin.
