This kit gets you a full set of eight JE Pistons, designed for BBC (Big Block Chevy) engines. These aren't just any pistons; they're forged from 2618 aluminum right here in the USA, giving them the strong tensile strength needed for high-performance applications where durability is key. They feature JE Pistons' proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps cut down on friction and power loss by using a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin, also saving weight.
