These pistons are engineered, forged, and machined entirely in the USA, using 2618 aluminum, which provides the high tensile strength needed for high-demand performance builds.

This kit is designed specifically for the S50B30US engine to offer an optimized combination of durability and performance. It features an inverted dome/dish design for a 12.5:1 compression ratio, and a bore size of 86.25mm. The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design helps minimize friction and power loss by reducing skirt width and saving weight with a shorter wrist pin. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to reduce combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal, and a skirt coating to reduce friction and wear while lowering operating noise.
