JE Pistons BMW S54B32 87mm Bore Kit - Single

JE Pistons has been a leader in forged racing pistons for over 75 years, and they've applied that experience to this single forged piston kit for the BMW S54B32 engine. If you're rebuilding the heart of your performance BMW, these pistons are built to handle the stress of high-demand applications.

These pistons are forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, which gives them the high tensile strength needed for serious performance. JE designs each piston specifically for the engine and intended use, aiming for the best balance of durability and performance. This particular piston features a dome design and a 3.425-inch bore, intended for a 12.50:1 compression ratio. They also incorporate a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design to minimize friction and power loss, along with a shorter wrist pin to save weight. Depending on the specific application, a skirt coating is applied to further reduce friction and wear, while also helping to quiet down operation. This kit includes the piston, high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE's Pro Seal premium piston rings.
