JE Pistons BMW S54B32 9:1 KIT Single Piston

If you're rebuilding the engine in your BMW S54B32, JE Pistons offers a well-built single piston kit designed for performance and durability. These pistons are forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, which is crucial for engines pushed hard on the track or street.

JE Pistons applies over 75 years of experience to create pistons specifically for each engine application. This particular kit is designed for the S54B32 engine, featuring a 3.445-inch bore and a 9.00:1 compression ratio with an inverted dome/dish design. They incorporate a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design to minimize friction and reduce weight, along with a skirt coating on some applications to further cut down on friction and wear. An accumulator groove is also included on certain applications to help reduce combustion gas pressure, which can prevent ring flutter and improve the piston ring seal for consistent power delivery.
