JE Pistons Chevy Small Block 4.040in Bore -5.0cc (Right Side) Single Piston

This single piston is built for Chevrolet Small Block engines with a 4.040-inch bore. This piston is constructed from 2618 aluminum, which provides the high tensile strength needed for demanding use. It features a flat-top design and a -5.0cc dish. The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design helps minimize friction and power loss by reducing skirt width. Depending on the specific application, some JE pistons also include a skirt coating to further reduce friction and wear, while an accumulator groove can help improve ring seal for consistent power delivery.
