JE Pistons COYOTE 5.0 MODULAR 11:1 Set of 8 Pistons

When you're building a high-performance Coyote 5.0 Modular engine, you need pistons that can handle the stress and deliver consistent power. This set from JE Pistons includes eight forged pistons, designed specifically for your engine. They're made from 2618 aluminum, a strong material chosen for its high tensile strength, which is crucial for demanding performance applications. Each piston features a dome design for an 11:1 compression ratio, optimized for power and efficiency.

JE Pistons brings over 75 years of experience to these components, and they're forged and machined entirely in the USA. You'll find their proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps minimize friction and power loss by using a reduced skirt width and a shorter wrist pin, saving weight. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to help manage combustion gas pressure, reducing ring flutter and improving ring seal for more consistent power delivery. A skirt coating, also application-dependent, further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation.

This kit is designed for a 3.640-inch bore and includes all eight pistons needed for a V8 engine. Please note that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. They are also subject to Prop 65 warnings.
