This set is specifically designed for the FIAT 146A engine, featuring a 7.8:1 compression ratio and a 3.189-inch bore. JE Pistons brings over 75 years of experience to the table, engineering and machining these pistons entirely in the USA to ensure the ultimate combination of durability and performance for your build.

The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design is a key feature, minimizing friction and power loss by reducing skirt width and saving weight with a shorter wrist pin. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to help reduce combustion gas pressure, preventing ring flutter and improving ring seal for consistent power delivery. A skirt coating, also application-dependent, further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation.

This kit includes everything you need to get your engine rebuilt: four pistons, high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings.
