These pistons are forged in the USA using 2618 aluminum, which gives them the high tensile strength needed for serious performance applications. They feature JE's proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps minimize friction and power loss by reducing skirt width and using a shorter wrist pin to save weight. Depending on the specific application, they may also include an accumulator groove to help reduce combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal and keeping power consistent. Some applications also get a skirt coating to further reduce friction and wear, which also helps quiet down the engine operation.

This kit includes everything you need to get your engine rebuilt: five pistons, high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings. They are designed specifically for the FIAT 2.0L Turbo 20V engine, with a 3.248-inch bore and an 8.00:1 compression ratio, featuring an inverted dome/dish design.
