This kit includes four JE Pistons designed specifically for the Ford 2.3L EcoBoost engine, featuring a 3.445-inch (87.5mm) bore and a 9.5:1 compression ratio. You'll also receive high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings, all made in the USA.

JE Pistons are well-known for their forged racing pistons, and these are no exception. They're forged from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, which is crucial for engines pushed to their limits. The design incorporates a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging, which helps reduce friction and skirt width, saving weight. Depending on the specific application, you might find an accumulator groove to help manage combustion gas pressure and improve ring seal, along with a skirt coating to further reduce friction, wear, and noise. These pistons are machined 100% in the USA, ensuring they're built to handle demanding performance applications.
