JE Pistons FORD ZETEC 2.0KIT Single Piston

They've applied that knowledge to this single forged piston, specifically made for Ford Zetec 2.0L engines. If you're rebuilding the heart of your Ford Zetec, this piston is built to handle demanding performance applications.

This piston is forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, which gives it the high tensile strength needed for serious use. JE designs each piston for its specific engine and application, aiming for the best balance of durability and performance. It features a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design that helps minimize friction and power loss, while also saving weight. Some applications also include a skirt coating to further reduce friction and wear, and an accumulator groove to help improve ring seal for consistent power delivery.

This kit includes the piston itself, along with high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings. Please note that this part is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
